PROJECT HORSESHOE FARM
Project Horseshoe Farm is a non-profit organization that creates community health volunteer service and learning fellowships geared to recent college graduates and future leaders. They provide volunteer-driven and relationship-focused service and community-based programs that improve the health and quality of life of our vulnerable neighbors. They aim to provide structure to support others interested in providing help and service to vulnerable neighbors.
