PROPERTISTA
Propertista is the pioneering online real estate agency in Spain that was born in early 2016 of the need to modernize the sector of real estate agencies. Lorenzo Ritella, founder and CEO, after several years of experience behind his back in the real estate sector, realized that, in a world where technology marks the pace of progress and patterns of life, the traditional agency model had remained obsolete and, following examples such as the United Kingdom where online agencies were already a success, ventured to adapt the model to the Spanish market.
