Created in 2006, QosGuard provided customers of telecom operators with a health status monitoring service for fixed data transmission networks. Today, QosGuard's business has evolved into the operational implementation of the continuous improvement of IT Organization Performance by synergizing organizational, functional and technical components. QosGuard is a 100% privately held company, with its headquarters based near Paris - France. Founded in 2006 by former Cegetel French Telecom Operator Customer Service directors, the company's initial focus was health check services delivery. QosGuard on IT Systems Continuous Service Improvement services in order to improve Business transactions' success. European VC Starquest Capital is the first VC to be joined QosGuard in 2010.
