OS3 Digital was founded in 2003 by current chairman, Rob Terry. The company was restructured in 2014 with an aim to work with and invest in companies that structure their business around the benefits of market and / or digital transformation. Currently, revenues are generated through a combination of activities and sources including consultancy and advisory fees, equity investments, management charges and debt funding. OS3 Digital uses its own capital alongside additional investment capital fro... m high net worth partners and funds as needed. The company also plans to issue shares occasionally as consideration for acquisitions or to raise additional financing for debt funding and equity investment opportunities. The reorganisation of the company in 2014 resulted in a new division for trading called OS3 Digital Solutions. As a result, a greater proportion of revenue will be billed to end user clients directly, rather than to and/or onwards billed via investments. A second division called OS3 Digital Portfolio was also created during the restructuring. This division focuses on investments in companies in relevant sectors such as connected health, insurance, telecoms and related technology industries. The main activities that the team at OS3 Digital engages in include: - Searching for companies that offer excellent investment opportunities. The parameters of OS3 Digital require that companies are in a “start-up” phase and that they are on track to meet target returns of 50% or more within 12 months. - Using a unique merger and acquisition strategy that reduces risk by using equity as acquisition capital. - Advising, guiding, funding and working with companies in North America, specifically Canada, due to a high likelihood of regulatory and legal changes in the near future. Through these activities, OS3 Digital will target a level of disruption that has been successful in the UK in the past. As the company has shown great success in achieving share prices above the last target of £50 per share as outlined within the Company’s Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) for subscriptions of £5 and £10 per share respectively, OS3 Digital has set a new goal of £80+.
