RABWAH TIMES
Rabwah Times is an online local news publication for the town of Rabwah, It started off as a community project back in 2006. The small peaceful Ahmadiyya Muslim town of Rabwah, Pakistan, had long been forgotten by the mainstream media and pushed to extinction by the extremist Muslims illegally occupying the land and threatening the peace of the city. Rabwah’s voice has long been shunned by the mainstream media and often misquoted. This pushed us to come up with something that would ge... t their community’s voice heard, and give the local youth a channel to promote their activities. Established 8 years ago, Rabwah Times is now a leading online local publication covering from local News stories and events to World news, Politics, Travel & Technology. It has dozens of writers spread over 3 continents, 9,000 subscribers on social media and more than 400,000 readers per month. Rabwah Times has been used as a source of information by the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) & the Australian Immigration.
