RentPro vision is to use their passion for property management to deliver software solutions easy enough for novices, but powerful enough for even the largest agencies. Their first property management product started life back in 2005, when as a team of web designers and developers they helped a local letting agent replace his unwieldly Excel spreadsheet with something more powerful and user-friendly. A number of weeks after trialing their solution in his busy agency he was so impressed that h... e started spreading the word to other agents. Within a few months they had a dozen agents subscribed to their "product", and while it it was becoming quickly evident just how complex lettings management could be, and how differently various agencies worked, they knew they were onto something. RentPro, the product, evolved steadily to a dedicated base of several hundred agents across the UK, Ireland and even into Europe, but as just one strand in their web development agency while they continued to work on other commissioned web projects. In 2013 they decided to focus fully on their rental management product and they set up a new dedicated company, RentPro Limited. Changes in the UK property market during this period led us into the sales sphere for estate agents, and the large number of agents undertaking sales and lettings, in 2014 ShowHouse became their second product providing a more fully-featured solution for larger agents with sales and letttings.
