ReportXenophobia is iAfrikanโ€™s contribution to Africa in the fight against xenophobia in South Africa. It is powered by Ushahidi. The system provides a real-time reporting and alerting tool for incidents of xenophobia across the country. Information is collected from the general public using either SMS, e-mail, online form and Twitter. Reports are placed onto a map after verification and shared periodically with organizations that may find the information useful such as the South African Police Service.
