Rezilient prevents chronic stress and burnout for family caregivers of loved ones with Dementia and Alzheimer's. There are more than 8 million such unpaid family caregivers for in the US and that number is growing rapidly with the aging population. Employers, insurers and states all have a vested financial interest in keeping caregivers productive and healthy and their loved ones out of long term care. The Rezilient platform is a personalized, science-based app which gives caregivers access to... trained coaches and practical guidance to build their skills, emotional resilience and family network. AI and sentiment analysis provide predictive intervention and real-time support. Studies have shown that the Rezilient approach would keep loved ones at home, resulting in 5% more dementia patients remaining in the community and as many as 19% more remaining home through end of life care over a period of 15 years. The resulting savings per state, with widespread use, is in the hundreds of millions of dollars and more in larger states.
