RISE began in January 2011 with a small group of globally diverse leaders meeting, amidst a revolution in Cairo. The founders of RISE are comprised of business leaders many of whom are members of YPO and early adopting social entrepreneurs. RISE embraces the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
