Invented in NYC, Roasting Plant’s® Javabot™ system roasts coffee beans in micro batches and brews every cup to order within one week of roasting while still fresh, not oxidized and at peak flavor. We carefully source hand-picked, micro-lot, green coffee beans directly from ... the best farms around the world. Choose from any of the 12 beans we offer or ask for a blend of up to four quickly brewed to order by the cup. We custom develop our pastries and bake them in each café all day, every day. Taste “the best chocolate chip cookie in NYC” (as judged by Serious Eats NY) or any of our other fresh-baked goods. Roasting Plant offers expertly developed custom roast profiles, drink recipes, and baked goods.
