RUSSIAN ESPORTS FEDERATION

The Federation of Computer Sports of Russia (FKS of Russia; English. Russian Esports Federation) is an all-Russian public organization responsible for the development of mass computer sports (eSports) in the Russian Federation. By the order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation No. 562 of 06/15/2018, the FKS of Russia is accredited as an all-Russian sports federation for the Computer Sports sport. The key competitions of the FKS of Russia are the Russian Cybersport Cup (over 27 th... ousand participants in 2018), the All-Russian Cybersport Student League (more than 170 participating universities in the 2017-2018 season) and the Russian Computer Sports Championship. The Russian Football Union (RFU), together with the FCC of Russia, holds the Cup and the Russian Championship in interactive football. In 2018, the All-Russian Intellectual and Cybersport School League started. In total, over the 19 years of its operation, the FKS of Russia has conducted more than 1,000 tournaments, in which more than 350 thousand participants took part. In addition, the FKS of Russia is engaged in building a full-fledged infrastructure for mass eSports: training and certification of judges, accreditation of sites, preparation of teaching materials, educational projects, development of clubs and sections.
