Sapienza is a company belonging to the TP Group plc, a specialist engineering and support services company involved in the aerospace & defence and energy & process industries. Sapienza was founded in 1994 to support project activities of the European Space Agency (ESA) in Noordwijk (the Netherlands). Since the early days, our vision was to provide outstanding workforce services and software solutions to the Space and Defence sector. In addition, Sapienza Consulting Holding BV is 33% owner of LIFT BV, an innovative Dutch start-up concerned with Artificial Intelligence and social and conversational recruitment automation. Beside ESA, our strong client basis rests on several other prestigious Institutions and Agencies, namely: the NATO Information and Communication Agency (NCIA), the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), the Italian Space Agency (ASI) and the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT). Furthermore, we are proud of our support to leading commercial organisations from the Space and Defence sector, of which the most prominent are Airbus D&S, OHB Systems AG and Thales-Alenia. Lastly, we make it our goal, whenever possible, to connect, and get involved with and support innovative start-ups in the Space, Defence, Security and high-tech domains.
