The “Scientific Research Institute of Space Instrument Engineering” was formed in accordance with the decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR of February 6, 1985 No. 133-50 as a part of the USSR Ministry of General Engineering as a broad-based instrument enterprise specializing in the creation of civilian and military products. Currently, the efforts of the ORKK JSC branch - NII KP, are focused on becoming a leading developer and supplier of promi... sing on-board and ground-based devices for consumer navigation equipment designed to determine the location of weapons and military equipment using signals from GLONASS satellite systems / GPS, as well as the equipment of control and correction stations, designed to improve the accuracy of determining the location of moving objects. The branch of ORKK JSC - NII KP directs its activities to the development of production technology for the COSPAS / SARSAT system airborne radio beacons, personal radio beacons with built-in GLONASS / GPS receivers and simplex voice communications equipment, certified and registered in the Aviation Register of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) interaction with search services and increase their serial production. The company carries out the development and production of small-sized onboard radio telemetry transmitting devices, antenna-receiving devices, as well as devices for their control, meeting the parameters of the emitted spectrum of radio transmitting devices, the requirements of the main international telemetry standards IRIG (USA) and CNES. The branch of ORKK JSC - NII KP is a leading enterprise of Roscosmos State Corporation for monitoring and ensuring the stability of the electronic component base and radio-electronic equipment of spacecraft to ionizing radiation of outer space, the head organization of the Interdepartmental Center for Radiation Testing of the Electronic Component Base according to the Roscosmos nomenclature. On the basis of the enterprise, a test center was established to monitor the resistance of the electronic component base and electronic equipment to the effects of ionizing radiation of the branch of JSC "ORKK" - NII KP, which is accredited by the Federal Space Technology Certification System (No. FSS KT 134.00.6.1.633000.04.11) , voluntary certification systems “Voenelectronsert” (No. SVS.01.622.0212.15) and “Electronsert” (No. ES 01.061.0008-2015). ” The branch of ORKK JSC - NII KP cooperated and continues to work with such leading enterprises of the industry as the State Scientific and Practical Center named after M.V. Over the past 20 years, management has not allowed a single fact of a delay in the payment of wages to employees of the enterprise, as well as tax, social and pension contributions. A system of realistic operational and long-term planning has been introduced, in connection with which the enterprise currently has high viability. All employees in senior positions have higher education and many years of experience in managing various teams of the rocket and space industry. At present, the company employs 3 Doctors of Sciences and 28 Candidates of Sciences, 7 employees are actively working on their dissertations, 6 of them undergoing graduate studies.
