In addition, SENTRE co-founded Vesta (BMV: VESTA), an industrial real estate company operating in Mexico with a portfolio of almost 30 million square feet valued at almost $2 billion. As an advisor, SENTRE creates value via a vertically integrated operating platform that includes acquisitions and dispositions, asset and property management, leasing oversight, project management, project accounting, and technology solutions via our affiliated company, Bandwidth Now. Today, SENTRE owns and/or operates over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate and 500 apartments with an aggregate portfolio value of over $600 million.
