SHORELINE PILATES
Hi there. I'm Ele Crossland, a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher. โ I first began practising Pilates five years ago and loved how this non-impact exercise strengthened and toned my body. In addition, just one hour of concentration and focus allowed my mind to have a break from its constant business. I was hooked! โ Coming to a cross-roads with work, I decided to retrain as a Pilates teacher, and registered with London-based Body Control Pilates. I qualified in Spring 2017 and hold cer... tificates in Beginner and Intermediate Matwork Pilates. My training involved intensive study in their London studio, as well as 60 hours of supervised teaching with experienced teachers around the country. โ Shoreline Pilates was established in 2017. I teach Pilates in Cleethorpes, Tetney, Louth and Lincolnshire suitable for all levels and abilities, and am particularly interested in the relationship between the body and the mind.
