In “education marketplaces” such as Skillshare and Udemy it’s only a mere luck that your golden content is found by students, and if you are hosting your own website, all the hard work like marketing and distributing your content is on your shoulder, it’s such a burden to take care of. Online education has become so tedious; well, it shouldn’t be. Online education is a treasure and it must remain that way. Educating others is not an one-off thing, it is an endless journey to be shared. It’s not a monologue, it’s a dialogue and it is not for a privileged few, it’s for everyone. Nowadays learning feels like a mission, rather than a passion. Something like a jammed market, rather than a peaceful sanctuary. Something you have to do, not to embrace.
