In addition, currently there are no outside influences via venture funding or other private investments that can affect the future and direction of the company. SmarterTools is solely focused on building products that work for its customers. SmarterTools and its products serve small businesses, enterprises, Web hosting environments, and Internet service providers in the United States and internationally. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
