SmartGene was founded in 1998 as a privately-held company to develop, market, and support application services for the analysis and management of complex genetic data. Since the platform and layout of all modules are similar, users can easily switch between applications with minimal additional training. Over the years, SmartGene has gained a broad customer base for which it has constantly enhanced its services.
