SMARTWATCH SECURITY & SOUND
SmartWatch Security & Sound, is a leading security integrator serving Orlando and the Central Florida area as well as specialty projects in the US. SmartWatch designs, provides and installs high tech CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, Commercial Security & Intrusion Detection, Fire Detection & Alarm, Sound /Audio and Mass Notification systems also providing UL Central Monitoring along with related maintenance services. SmartWatch serves primarily larger clients such as Disney, Universal Studios... Florida, surrounding school districts, city and county government contracts in Central Florida as well as US government clients. Our goal has been to set the standard for performance and reliability in the market places we serve. We are seeking $500K to $1 million in equity investment for working capital for several major commercial and governmental projects under contract for this upcoming year. Supplemental funding sought / required for greater working capital to finance material costs to outside vendors that have 30-60 day net terms and direct labor costs versus our invoice turn around times of 60-120 day on construction invoices, directives to proceed on change orders, etc., that are typical to projects of this nature.
