SolBright Renewable Energy is a turnkey developer and EPC of Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal projects. Its solutions provide a broad range of US and internationally manufactured products, including zero-penetration rooftop solar solutions and innovative, space‐leveraging parking canopy/parking garage solar solutions and ground mount systems. SolBright recently announced it is being acquired by Arkados Group (OTC: AKDS) in a strategic merger initiative. The combination of on-site renewable generation and Internet of Things technology will enable customers to further expand their energy management and savings objective.
