SpectralCast recently became a publicly traded entity on the OTC Market under the symbol SPEC We are currently in the process of filling an S-1, to become fully reporting for the purpose of “up-listing” the company from the OTC to NYSE with intentions to underwrite an offering by March, 2014. In the interim, the Company is still in need of some short term funding, to complete the final engineering of two of our patented products, an acquisition candidate as well as some operations funds to complete S-1 and underwriting. We anticipate, based on our patented technology and conservative price earnings ratio estimates, our initial new offering share price will be around $12 and will have upward growth that will be easy to maintain based on our business-scaling model.
