ST. FRANCIS FRIENDS OF THE POOR
St. Francis Friends of the Poor provides permanent housing coupled with on-site medical, psychiatric, wellness, and social services. Their care management team consisting of a nurse, two activities coordinators, a government benefits specialist, part-time psychiatrists, visiting medical doctors and social work supervisors, who ensure that tenants receive the comprehensive care they need.
