State Energy Group International Assets Holdings is a company proud of its corporate history with vision towards the future. Founded in 1977 and subsequently publicly listed in the SEHK in 1997, they manufacturing down-filled jackets and functional outerwear, sourced in China and sold to leading retailers across Hong Kong and Macau. As the customer base grew, they began exporting to the United States and Europe and partnered with renowned names in high fashion such as Polo, H&M, DKNY and Hugo Bo... ss. The year of 2016 marks the turning point of the development of State Energy Group International Assets Holdings Limited. Following the change in the majority control of the Company, the Group is well positioned for new advancement, which they believe represents a good starting point going forward. The Export Business has been under the negative impact from both internal and external factors, and recorded a sluggish performance with continuous drop in revenue, with difficulty in obtaining sustainably profitable sales orders. Although their property investment business continues to generate a stable income stream for the Group, they need to expand its business scale and increase its profitability. As such, after prudent evaluation of the Board on the development prospect of the Export Business and their property investment business, the Group is shifting their focus to actively explore new business opportunities which have great potential going forward, so as to enhance their sustainable profitability and improve their operation results. Through internationalization, professionalization and marketization of their operations, and leveraging on multiple resources and cooperation with their strategic partners, the Group will focus on business opportunities brought by the “One Belt One Road” strategy in China so as to create value for their shareholders.More
