STOKES-all natural, non-chemical firestarter made with recycled pulp, wax and sustainably harvested wood sawdust. Use with wood/charcoal. STOKES is an all natural firestarter-made with no chemicals and only recycled pulp, wax and sawdust from sustainably harvested trees. I started making these firestarters as holiday gifts with lint from dryer, egg cartons and candle stubs when I was 11.They evolved into a product that is now in over 300 stores in 8 states. Retailers include Whole Foods, Market Basket, Stop and Shop, and Shaws. STOKES work! With one match. Currently manufactured in Natick in partnership with Charles River Indust.
