Stolik is developing mobile applications for restaurant reservations and relationship management. We offer restaurants Stolik Pro - an intuitive and easy-to-use mobile manager app that automates the reservation process. In addition to that, we let restaurants build relationship and engage with their guests through a free Stolik User App that makes restaurant discovery and table reservation effortless, quick and available round-the-clock. In addition, with Stolik User App restaurants get a ... dedicated content distribution channel for communicating their deals and special events to their guests. The apps are already running in a beta testing mode with popular restaurants in Tashkent. We are launching both apps on AppStore and GooglePlay this month - February 2016. By the end of 2018 in CIS alone we plan to have 9500 restaurants on Stolik Pro and sign up 1,8mln users on Stolik User app. With a flat $30 monthly fee that we charge every restaurant, we hope to be earning $3,4 mln annual revenue in 2019. Our mission is to become the category leader for mobile table reservations in markets where big global players like OpenTable (owned by Priceline), SeatMe (owned by Yelp), TheFork (owned by TripAdvisor) and Zomato are not dominating yet. We counted more than 150 countries where no app is dominating yet. What we are doing is unprecedented in the region and the automation features that we developed are just the beginning.
