Sub Sri Thai Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) was established under the Trust for Transactions in Capital Market Act B.E. 2550 (2007) on December 13, 2017, from the conversion from Sub Sri Thai Smart Storage Property Fund (SSTSS). (And listed as listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) on December 26, 2017, with One Asset Management Company Limited (“One Asset Management Company Limited”) as the trustee of the REIT and SST REIT Management Company Limited. The REIT has invested in land ownership. building and utilities, system work, furniture, materials, and equipment that are related and necessary for the utilization of land and buildings of the Sub Sri Thai Smart Storage Project, which was obtained from the conversion of the mutual fund into a trust as mentioned above.
