As a distributor, SMI distributes the ICT products to agents, dealers or resellers in large quantity (wholesale) throughout seven distribution centers in Jakarta, Bandung, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar, and supporting logistics and sales force office across major cities of Indonesia. In order to expand the market coverage, SMI increases the number of business partners with loyalty program. The program is intended to give appreciation for SMI’s partners, as well as to build a reseller community and to maintain close relationships amongst SMI and its partners.
