Taiwan Green Point Enterprises, Co. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of casing for mobile phone handsets. The company designs and manufactures precision-injection molded polycarbonate casings for mobile phones and other portable electronic devices in China for sale into domestic and international markets. The company is a key supplier of handset casings for Motorola and other well-known brands such as Sony-Ericsson, Siemens and Philips. The company also designs and manufactures moldings and hydraulic molding machines, and other precision plastic parts for optical and automotive uses. Excelsior realized this investment through a trade sale in 2007 to a NYSE-listed strategic buyer.
