The hardest part of exercising is putting your trainers on. Set your personal weekly activity goal and create a team with friends to make sure you all keep hitting your goals. Choose a goal that works for you: - Active calories - Steps - No. of Workouts - Active distance Create a team with your friends and share your goals with each other, so you can motivate each other as you progress through the week towards your goal. Auto Sharing - By syncing your wearable (AppleWatch / FitBit /Ga... rmin) directly with Motion or any other tracker / App via Health, you will never need to ‘post’ your activity to Motion, it will be automatically shared with your group as soon as you finish. Team Streak - The aggregate of your individual goals becomes the team goal, build up the team streak by making sure that everybody in the team hits their own goal.
