What can an employee expect from an employer? Work life balance, good salary, timely appraisals, recognition, appreciation, work freedom and may be some other amenities. Good news is that Techvedic is at par with all the above-mentioned expectations. Thanks to god, the culture is free from the monotonous cycle and every day is a new endeavor. Work is fresh and I don’t feel drowsy at any point in time. The hierarchy has no strict implications as such because even managers are supportive and do not overpower their subordinates. Everyone gets a chance to speak their heart out either they are confronting issues professionally or personally. For me, work-life has been enjoyable and worthy till yet. I have not found any issues with the infrastructure or other facilities till yet and I am sure it will be consistent. Let me take you through the culture of Techvedic with the three important terms: Work: Work is structured, relatable and realizable. It’s not that you will be abandoned with tons of workload in a single day. Of course, every task is bound with a timeframe and now it’s up to you how you execute the given task to the earliest. The crux is that, as per your KPIs, the work is assigned. Work timings are suitable and the workplace is accessible. I have not witnessed any negative review regarding the location as the corporate office is located at a commutable place. Life: Both personal & professional life does not coincide each other at Techvedic. We are open to discuss our issues with the seniors and report whatever problems we are facing. Personally, I am content with my professional life and I am enjoying working with the company. Balance: My personal life has never hindered because of my professional life at all till yet at Techvedic. I can find my life balanced when it comes to attending domestic engagements or other commitments. My association with Techvedic Technologies has been worth sharing. HR policies and procedures are employee-friendly. You can handle the work pressure as nothing is too strict that you cannot manage it. Joining hands with Techvedic will keep pressure away from you as far as my experience with the company is concerned. You cannot feel ‘uncomfortable’ with the culture of this organization reason being the supportive nature of every employee. You have your own space, you can make grievances, you can reach even the Senior Manager to resolve your queries. Small breaks in between lighten the pressure and you perform more productively. All the freedom and relaxation is directly proportional to your performance. If you are carrying out your work in accordance with the set standards, you are eligible to enjoy the best of your job because performance has no substitute. Since my association with Techvedic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I have garnered immense subject-knowledge and I am impressed with the work culture and standards of the place.
