TEEN THERAPY

Teen therapy is on the mission of helping parents with their teenagers who struggle with debilitating mental health issues which can cause many problems at home or school. Our goal is to help teenagers through a form of online talk therapy that can provide immediate support and relief to their issues. I tend to overthink sometimes and exercising helps me to focus on something else. My thing is tennis which I try to play twice a week, I did ask myself what I would enjoy doing the most because you... need to enjoy the sport and love it so you always want to practice. I also walk an hour in my lunch break but sometimes I have periods where I stop exercising because of my studies and work and I notice how I feel less happy and more stressed. I hate when I have so much to do and I literally spend all day sitting at work or at home studying in the evenings and weekends before the exams! When I play tennis I always have a smile on my face. I have struggled with mental illness my entire life, but physical activity is definitely what wins the battle. Three years after discovering how fantastic I could feel and knowing I would never again feel depressed, I reached my peak fitness and courage level, then I got struck by Adhesive Capsulitis. Going from such a high level to an excruciatingly painful one and unable to workout or even rest brings on a whole new perspective of life, darker than imaginable. There’s no help for us with frozen shoulder, no pill, only the realization that rock bottom has an underside. I have been so awfully unhappy as if the demon has possessed my soul. I realized i need to stop overthinking that was driving me to insanity and reclaim my mental health by running. I remember i used to run and how it made me feel. Mental disturbance in teenagers is more about genes, chemicals in the brain . I am very sure he never was a true patient. Most of the time. Medication is the most effective method for teen depression ( it is like without ever being pregnant, how can a person talk about being a mother?!!!) .... Many TedFalk is a way for people to sew how people give a speech. For the contents, it does NOT matter that much. Ted talk is good to see how people confidently persuade others. In this world, how do you define right or wrong. If you want others to believe you it is about, your confidence and eloquence to present yourself and convey your ideas.
