The Company was a Joint Venture between Norema ASA and a local manufacturer, until the former bought a significant share package allowing to control 100% of the company, which was sold in 2000 to the Swedish kitchen furniture manufacturer, Nobia Nordisk. The copmany was founded on 1981.
