TENNESSEE HIGHER EDUCATION INITIATIVE
Tennessee Higher Education Initiative provides degree-bearing college education to incarcerated scholars. THEI works in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Correction and colleges and universities in Tennessee to make these academic opportunities possible.
