THE FIT COMPANY
After working for companies where 65 – 85 hour workweeks were the norm, bad food was shipped in regularly, and there was very little care given to employee health, we decided it was time for a change. At fit company we have all experienced, first hand, the life changing impact that fitness has. We also know how much better we are as employees and people when we are healthy.
