THE FOGARTY CENTER
The Fogarty Center provides a variety of services and supports to children and adults with intellectual, developmental, and/or other disabilities. They Provide residential opportunities, self-directed support, day services, and children’s services. Their adult services include twenty-four-hour community-based living, supervised apartments, vocational and day supports, shared living arrangements, and self-directed supports. Their services include home-based therapeutic services (HBTS), enhanced outpatient services (EOS), personal assistance support services (PASS), and respite.
