The KAIN Limited Partnership is a closely held Canadian Partnerhsip investing in residential and multi-unit residential properties throughout the State of Florida. The Partners invest their own funds only and do not accept outside investors. Our investment criteria focus on a stable base of solid cash flows while allowing for above average returns from capital appreciation upon a turnaround in the US real estate market. With decades of real estate investment experience between us, the Partners... have built and continue to manage a portfolio of multi-unit residential and commercial (office and retail) properties in Canada. Current conditions in our hot local market do not allow us to add to the portfolio and so we were forced to look south of the border. The combination of a strong Canadian dollar and decimated US real estate market created the perfect storm and make the additional baggage associated with foreign investing worthwhile. Our Partnership has forged strong relationships across the State of Florida and we look forward to building a profiting from a solid portfolio of US real estate in the years ahead.More
