The Motorists Organisation Ltd is based in the modern prestigious offices of 1000 Lakeside in Portsmouth Hampshire where it shares the campus with IBM’s Head Office. We have been at the forefront of the development of internet automotive applications since 1998, ranging from involvement in Autobytel, manufacturers used-car stock locators, Auto-Online the first B2B car trading platform, Carsite the UK’s first eBay Motors API developer and ex lease car to retail trading platform which became ... Tesco Cars. Our management team has an extensive automotive background. Our founder started life as an apprentice mechanic and subsequently became a garage owner. Together the team have more than 100 years of collective experience, encompassing retail sales, independent and main dealer service department management, remarketing systems, dealer training, hands on vehicle servicing and systems development for the sector.
