THE MOVE MARKET
The Move Market is a online property marketplace where buyers and sellers meet, helping them to quickly and easily agree the price of a property within a set timescale. Buyers are kept informed about any auction updates - including the current price and the auction end time, so they don't miss out on the property they want. Sellers can choose from one of three auction types - blind auctions have confidential bids, alternatively public auctions allow all interested buyers to see the bid hi... story. Standard auctions have fixed end times, in an extended auction, the end time increases automatically each time a bid is received near the end - this is to allow other buyers a chance to respond to the new bid and encourages bidders to bid early. Sellers get bids directly from buyers - allowing them to stay in control of their property sale. Even if they need to change estate agents - they will still be able to keep previous buyers notified about the auction end. Buyers and sellers identities are only disclosed to the other party upon the buyer winning the auction.
