Whether your business is trading or not, as long as your business is less than three years old you're eligible to enter The Pitch 2014. Once you know which category you'd like to enter all you need to do is complete their easy online application form. Your application is about so much more than your written application. Submit your 90 second video pitch to really impress their judges (optional). Once entries close on 13 July their panel of expert judges will shortlist 100 contestants to... join us at The Pitch Boot Camps in September. The shortlist will be announced in early August. All shortlisted contestants will be given a personalised The Pitch profile page, which you'll be able to share online in a bid to secure votes for The Pitch 2014 Digital Marketing Award. The contestant with the most votes will be announced at The Pitch Final in October. Hosted in London (4 September) and Manchester (18 September), The Pitch Boot Camps will be an opportunity for the shortlisted 100 to hone their pitching skills, with intensive coaching and mentoring sessions. After boot camp you’ll need to complete a short online second stage application form. This will focus on everything you’ve learnt at boot camp, and will help their judges to narrow down the 100 shortlisted contestants to the 30 finalists. From the 100 shortlist, just 30 will be selected to compete at The Pitch Final in Bristol on 23 October. The finalists will be announced at the end of September. On Thursday 23 October, their shortlisted contestants will pitch to a live audience, including judges, investors and supporters. As well as the live pitches, The Pitch Final will include networking, business breakout sessions and much more. Having seen all 30 finalists pitch, their judges will make their decision, and The Pitch 2014 Champion will be announced. The winner will secure their 'money-can’t-buy' prize package, which includes expert mentoring, essential business support and so much more.More
