THE PROCESS management team includes individuals who have decades of experience scouting, recruiting, and coaching college football players. Paul Gonnella, CEO, has decades of football recruiting experience and he has held various Director of Player Personnel positions where his recruited classes achieved historical success. His schools include University of South Florida, University of Alabama, Purdue University, University of Memphis, University of Tennessee, and University of North Carolina. Mark Flynn, COO, has founded and/or managed numerous startup companies and has decades of recruiting experience. John Blake, VP of Evaluation and Recruiting, is recognized as one of the top recruiters in the nation. The American Football Coaches Association selected him as the nation’s top recruiter; three different sporting news recruiting analysts named him as the best recruiter of the year; he was a finalist for National Recruiter of the Year by Rivals.com; and was the Head Coach of the Oklahoma Sooners football team. THE PROCESS has added Gene DeFilippo to the Board of Advisors. Gene led the BC athletics program to an unprecedented period of innovation, growth, fundraising, athletic and academic success. He also led the program through one of the most significant periods in its history as it transitioned to full membership in the Atlantic Coast Conference.More
