PROGRESSIVE POLICY INSTITUTE

The Progressive Policy Institute is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that serves as a public policy think tank in the United States. The PPI is dedicated to defining and promoting a new progressive politics understood as a third way and characterized by a philosophy that adapts traditional American politics to the realities of the information age. The organization covers a broad range of public policy issues from national defense and homeland security to health care and quality of life. The institute was established in 1989 and is headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia.
