The Space Race II Consortium strives to disentangle the financial and political obstacles that might limit space exploration aspirations in order to ensure that human space exploration is a priority. The role of the Space Competition II Consortium is to consolidate human space exploration activities into a single institution in order to keep the present manned space race a priority.
