THE TORONTO HUMANE SOCIETY
The Toronto Humane Society is a non-profit animal shelter that promotes the humane care and protection of all animals and prevents cruelty and suffering. It provides care to the animals who are surrendered to the shelter and finds them forever homes. It also provides veterinary care, ranging from emergency support to chronic and palliative care. The Toronto Humane Society was founded on February 24, 1887, and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
