The Welcoming Committee is a movement of LGBTQ folks who believe in broadening the spectrum of gay life. TWC create huge communities of LGBTQs and take them en masse to typically 'straight' (or just not that gay) nightlife, sports, culture, and travel destinations for one-time only experiences.
