Thrive Support Services works with developmentally disabled adults, providing them with the support necessary to be an active member of their chosen communities. A team of experts makes decisions, but they also support individuals in the development and maintenance of circles of support, appointments, grocery shopping ... No matter what it takes. The agency will work with the individual, and any others they choose, to find the best supports so that they can live side-by-side in the community wit... h their peers who are not disabled. They offer a variety of services to individuals with developmental disabilities while promoting self-advocacy and educating them about their choices. To assist their clients in achieving their goals and thriving in their selected communities, they build a personalized and unique network of resources and tools.
