Tootle assists both freelancers to look for work and employers to look for freelancers. It allows the users to interact directly with each other through the built-in chat box. On 10th May, 2017, Tootle re launched its application with lot of added features, including its credit policy. Tootle connects the freelancers to the employers at the cost of Credit points. Currently the number of credit per conversation is 5 points. The credits can be bought from the app itself. The app is currently available on Android and will soon be launched on the Apple play store. 1) Hire Tootle allows you to hire people with a four step process. Tootle allows you to filter the Profiles that are presented by using the custom budget scale when posting the requirement. Explore: Post your requirement with the necessary details and explore the profiles of local Freelancers providing services specific to your needs. Hire: After shortlisting candidates the user initiates a conversation through built-in chat box and interacts with the freelancer directly. Review: Client and freelancer may finalise the deal and then after completion of job they review each other. Payment: Hiring local freelancers on Tootle is free. Tootle does not charge any amount whatsoever. The employers only pay the Freelancers for their services. Tootle acts as only a platform to connect the local Freelancers and Employers. 2) Work Tootle creates a platform for freelancers to look for jobs in 4 step process. Create account: Register and create an account on Tootle by 1. filling in the required details about work/service provided 2. Providing the necessary information about the freelancer. 3. Uploading any Govt. issued ID proof. After this Tootle takes some time to verify the users. Any incorrect or incomplete information in the profile is then detected and the application for creating the account will be rejected until re done. Explore: After the account is registered, the freelancers can change the preference settings as per the needs be presented with multiple Jobs specifically suited to the services provide in the description. The tootle then lets you check out all the necessary details of a job before applying. Get Hired: Tootle allows the freelancers to apply to the Jobs but they cannot reach out to the employers until they become a Pro user. The employer initiates the conversation through the app. Review: All the work found on Tootle is in the local area of the users. The freelancers can then review the employer after the work is done. Payment: Tootle works on Credit point exchange with the Freelancer, pay-per-Conversation.
