We use artificial intelligence and predictive computing techniques to educate and help avoid health issues where possible, providing the best personally tailored insights and action plans to manage them where not. Our first product is TrainAsONE, the award-winning AI personal coach for runners of all abilities that helps our users stay fit, healthy and injury free whilst tr... aining to reach their goals. This is achieved by providing a training plan that constantly adapts to the user’s lifestyle, changing needs and every run they perform (or miss). We are presently initiating pilot 'Exercise on Prescription' and 'Social Prescribing' programmes for various target populations in th UK, for example the inactive, obese and people with mental health issues, to validate and publish externally evaluated research papers on our approach.
