Triggertrap creates hardware and software for triggering cameras. The company started with the Kickstarter-funded TTv1, an Arduino-based product for high speed camera triggering, which received 300% funding in July 2011. This was followed by Triggertrap Mobile, a combination of a free app and connection cable that allows users to trigger their SLR camera using an iOS or Android device. Triggertrap Mobile now boasts over 750,000 downloads and has sold tens of thousands of Triggertrap Mobile Don... gles and connection cables to photographers in over 80 countries since 2012. Triggertrap's latest round of crowdfunding success came in November 2013, when the company raised £290,000 to fund Triggertrap Ada - an infinitely expandable modular camera-triggering system for extremely high-speed photography.
