Tumeke Enterprise Ltd was officially founded by Jay McLaren-Harris, however, this was off the momentum of a high school project under the Young Enterprise Scheme. Tumeke Clothing was operated by Jay McLaren-Harris, Jordan Taylor, Lachlan Poko, and Casey Clark, after a successful year in business, winning two National Excellence Awards, meeting with ministers and MP's, being exposed to international markets and having the backing of influential Kiwis, Jay decided that after high school he would c... ontinue the business and soon realized that there was much more potential to make change than just focusing on clothing. Fast forward, Tumeke Enterprise Ltd was registered and is now a limited liability company (LLB) and specializes in "Disruptive Leadership Development". Since Tumeke Enterprise Ltd started, as an organization, we have achieved what many thought couldn't be achieved. From meeting with New Zealander of the Year 2014, Dr. Lance O'Sullivan, meeting Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to meeting and affecting the lives of over 3,000 young people from Kaitaia to Queenstown. Tumeke Enterprise believes that the future of this country lays in the hands of young New Zealanders.
