ULTRA THIN PIZZA
Ultra Thin Pizza is a pizza crust producer. Douglas and Cherise realised the value of starting with an elevated slate as well as a fabulously tasty slate. They give them credit for developing the initial ultra-thin pizza shell recipe for their most demanding audience—their family and friends. For a long time, his ultra-thin pizza shells were solely eaten by his family. The culinary industry was invited to join in 1996. Douglas Bronsky and business partner Cherise Kramer are launching a culinary firm based on the same family values. The firm was first known as The Ultra Thin Ready to Bake Pizza Shells Company, Deer Park, NY. It grew to become the Ultra Thin Pizza Shells & Flatbreads Company.
